Comcast Wins by Engaging the Right People on Twitter
When the blogging and podcasting power-houses tweet their complaints, Comcast listens and responds. Crazy, but true. I decided to see for myself and actually ended up a much more satisfied customer when it was all said and done. @comcastcares helped me with my cable bill and I had a resolution within just a few hours. Now if they could only get their installation crew up to par… things would be great!
