Fun with Beauty Pageants

In case you’re in need of help in this area… Here’s a video about how to have confidence during a beauty pageant interview.

My favorite beauty pageant video, ever. Also includes bonus commentary from Donna G.

Donna G.’s Commentary:

WOW! That was totally worth the three minutes I just spent watching that. I have several observations:

  1. They introduced her as “Miss Douglas” which means she actually won a pageant somewhere, Douglas I imagine, with that talent.
  2. She must drink back stage before she does that.
  3. Did you notice there was virtually no applause?
  4. What was with that creepy staring at the audience. I’ll bet the front row was hypnotized.
  5. I would like to note that baton twirling is stereotyped as the worst pageant talent, to which I take moderate offense. I believe THIS was the worst talent ever. In the history of pageants or talent shows.
  6. Love your hair. Hope you win.
  7. And finally, her trumpet playing was off key the entire time.

To sum up, that was awesome.
